Return Policy

Our return policies? Simple. Return any in stock item with 48 hours in the same as new condition as the way we shipped it, and we'll refund your money minus the shipping cost. All we ask is that you notify us in advance, we'll give you a return authorization number and you pay freight. If the item is not returned in new condition it is yours to keep (the price of being indecisive). Special order or sale items are not returnable.

Exceptions: Items purchased during special sale events are not eligible for return. Such items will have the phrase "All Sales Final" within the product description or on auction items we running on Ebay. If you are not sure whether an item is returnable, please ask before purchasing.

Shipping

Our goal it to provide you with the most reliable and economical method of shipping possible. With this in mind we have chosen, United Partial Service (UPS) ground delivery as our primary method of shipping. If you prefer a different carrier please give us a call and we'll see what we can do to accommodate you.

For a variety of reasons (and especially during the Holidays), we are often instructed to ship to an address other than that on the card holder. On credit cards, we can only ship to confirmed address to which the bill is sent. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but this provides security for the card holder and insures that no one is fraudulently using your credit card.

Unlike other online music stores, every instrument we sell goes through our Quality Control and Setup department before it is packed for shipping. Because of this, instruments that are sold one day are scheduled the following day for, setup and shipping.
